I was raised with real estate in my blood with my father, grandfather, and great uncle all being realtors. My father and grandfather were presidents of the local real estate boards Some of my most fond memories as a child are going for drives with my grandfather to look at new properties with music playing on the eight track or going on Sundays with my father to go and look at a new house he had just listed.
I have worked for the last twenty years with immigrants and refugees at the non-profit level. Doing my work, I found that housing insecurity and lack of understanding of how to go through the home buying process were often huge barriers to people having stable lives and building a foundation for their futures. I come to real estate from the perspective of wanting to help people find the absolute right home for them, helping them to build equity, and from working with diverse cultures to help them through a process that might be challenging for anyone.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish and would be honored to work with people from all backgrounds. I would be honored to help people who were born here and people who are newcomers to this country.
I would love to set up a meeting to talk about your needs and explain the whole buying and selling process and make sure that you are set up for success and feel confident.
