Kim combines her passion for assisting others with her love for real estate and personal buying and selling experience to create a rewarding experience for her clients that is rooted in understanding the emotions, needs, and market. Since 2000, Kim has focused on using data analytics to create insights, solutions and to identify opportunities that help grow her clients’ businesses. She also uses this keen skill to identify smart real estate opportunities.
Kim has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regis University and a bachelor degree in Applied Economic and Business Management from Cornell University.
She grew up showing dogs, is an Ivy Champion in the 1500m, Mile and Cross Country and has lived in three out of four U.S. time zones. She moved to Colorado in 2004 and currently resides in Denver with her husband – Martin, daughter – Mikaela, Skylar the kitty cow, Ollie the Shih Tzu and Hunter the Sealyham Terrier.
In her spare time, when she’s not analyzing the market, she's traveling, volunteering with Mile High United Way, or she’s out and about enjoying what Colorado has to offer.
